Hiya im steph, I go pole dancing at Essence bar with lenny. Its great fun and great for fitness. Everyone should try it, you meet new people and try to do tricks. Its so great when you actually do it. I love it and i have to go every week, well i try to anyway!  This is me practising in my kitchen at uni...its so addictive! lolWhen i first started i just wanted a go on the pole, its looked so easy and so elegant, but really its tough and i don't look elegant at all...but i try my hardest. My personal goal is to be as good as i can get, i love it, i have a pole in my kitchen and i never seem to get any work done because im on it all the time. Well when its up that is. I got into it for fun and for fitness, wanted to build muscle and tone really, and it has started to work, along with the gym sessions....and i love TRYING to be sexy. ha ha Hope to see you there x
