AERIAL SILK CLASSESThis is a featured page

Aerial Silks or Aerial Tissu are mainly used in circus acts but have found there way into the alternative fitness scene over the past few years.
They require a little more strength that the Pole work but the two
are very similar in their moves and holds.

If you are not already a member of our Pole Fitness classes then you will need to take a
FREE induction to make sure are reasonable fit enough to take part.

CLASSES ARE AS FOLLOWS
FIRST CLASS WILL START 14th NOVEMBER
Saturday 1pm-2pm
max of 6 to each class

I hour class = £5
