Hey everyone.I really want to join the classes as the vids look great but am really nervous about it as im not a small built girl/woman/lady whichever dosent make me sound so old XD Im really worried im gonna end up making a complete twat of myself. Is there a set weight limit on the classes? And can i wear a big T shirt so my bum and thighs are covered? I know these are stupid questions but I have no idea what to expect :) Thanks for any replys. 1 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you?

hiya karen, just wanted to kno if you decided to join in the end or not? by what you have said i am the opposite to you meaning i have a very small frame, and like you thought i would not fit into the visual concept of pole dancing- having no valuptous thighs, no beyonce bum or 34 D cups i had visions of me looking more like a child.but i must admit although i have had to pull out poling i loved it, the girls and the teacher are very welcoming, at first obviously it feels intimidating especially for the more reserved personality. NO there are no weight limits YES you can wear tshirt but wear shorts above the knee as you need skin to be exposed so you can stick on the pole. i dont hate my body but would love to change it as im sure you would, and must say that pole dancing is perfect for toning, muscle & strength building aswell as losing weight as fat quickly turns to muscle- AS LONG AS YOU COMMIT TO IT, LIKE THE GYM REALLY . Hey there,Thx for the reply, didnt know anyone had which is why its taken me so long to say thx XD I have indeed joined the classes, and as i feared i am easily the biggest girl there BUT no one seems to take any notice so its not too bad. There are def certain things im gonna find harder but oh well, it wouldnt be fun if it was easy :D Hot pants are the bane of my life but unfortunatly are a neccessary evil but as I said no one pays any attention so I can deal with it.
